WHY ORGANIZATIONS NEED A WRITER

The need for writers in every organization cannot be overemphasied, writers form the benchmark for demystifying of information, creating alluring content in form of adverts, letters, proposals and plans from one segment of the organization to another.
Every organization thrives on the wings of information, information collection which is the sole responsibility of writers.
Communication is an important tool in the hands of any organization that wants to wieled influence and scale height from one level to another. No matter how much an organization knows, if they can't communicate effectively via writing, then it is totally a waste of time and resources, hence, every organization needs a writer.
Who is a writer?
A writer is simply one who writes?
Reasons why every organization needs a writer:
1. For minute writing: this is very important because it provides the records of decision taken at a meeting which can be used as follow up or reference purpose when the need arises.
2. Report writing duly noting, day to day activities of various departments and duties of an organization
3. Content writing brain storming on new inventions and products of the company
4. Proposal writing compiling business proposals, for partnership purpose, loan application and so on.
5. Organizational profile: this contains essentially brief and relevant information about the history, and evolution of the company, the performance history and anticipated performance in the future, the reputation of the organization and details of services provided by them.
6. For Memo: this is used to communicate a situation, problem or any latest development in an organization..An organizational helps run the operation of an organization smoothly as it regards the sharing of information from one person or a group of people in an organization..
7. Writing of new policies for the organization.
8. For business plan to elaborate in words the prospects, challenges and executioner methods for management plan and financial strategies.
In conclusion, every organization need not just a writer but a ''skilled writer" who will by the spirit of wisdom learn to demisify information at all level and segment in that organization..
