A-strange land of the 'Strange-strangers'
By; ISHAKU, Israel Kaza
Called by the clarion call.
To a distance, from a distance.
Journeyed the trillions of time,
To a land 'of-strange'.
Filled with rocks that glitter with a beauty.
A land so hot as coal on skin,
A wind so pierced like thorns.
The drizzle of the extraterrestrial rain,
The frequent roll of the snakes and the hunt for their kill.
The thickness of the scorpions and their stings.
A land so 'a-strange' and inhabited my survivals.
The heat so hot as molten magma.
The scarcity and the cost for a clean water.
Pushed at dawn and yet at twilight.
The swallow of the 'un-combinated' meals at the dinning.
The clarion of a depicted society of multi coloured tribals in cluster.
'A-strange' a land of the survived strangers.
The clarion call of all graduates below thirty.
A land so strange and yet promising.
'A-strange' land of the 'strange-strangers'.
