-In another clean bowl put in your sugar and butter together,

    - Start to turn 'clockwise' (clock moves right) with your spatula, till the butter becomes soft and changes colour to pale white, which should make all sugar molecules disappear. This process is known as CREAMING. If you have a hand mixer, this process tends to be quite faster.

     - In a bowl break eggs add flavour and whisk till foamy and watery

    - Add whisked eggs into the creamed butter and sugar and continue mixing gently

-lastly add your sieved dry ingredients, add them in two bits and mix gently, gently please you don't want to overwork the barter else you get a dry, hard and dense cake, yuck! Nobody likes such cakes. We want a fluffy and soft cake.

    -now your barter is ready,
     whoop whoop!
Probably a dance before we go ahead to turn  in our 6" pan for baking.

-Pre-heat your oven for about 5minutes, then insert your cake in the oven and leave to bake on meduim heat for about
    35-45 minutes.

-Your cake is ready! Take it out and place on a cake rack to cool or leave it in a pan.

-when cool, you can set out to cover with any frosting of your choice.
