Youths can make the most of their time indoors
Amaechina Chiamaka Ozioma
Sis called me Last week Sunday and complained about boredom due to the COVID19 pandemic because everyone have been instructed to stay indoors. I know most young people are going through the same boredom problem and this motivated me to write an article. I hope you find this few tips helpful.
✔️ Get up early and have deep a conversation with your creator. Sing praises, worship, hymns and reverence Him. Pray making your requests (especially concerning this ongoing pandemic)
✔️ Do your house chores ( clean places that is usually not cleaned like the store but be prepared to see scary insects)
✔️ Workout for about thirty minutes to keep fit (especially those who are chubby like me)
✔️ Take a shower and do other personal clean up
✔️ Read books (trust me this is the best time to develop your vocabulary and learn new things)
✔️ Listen to music and dance too if you love to dance (this could be the best time to learn trendy dance moves like Zanku, Tesumole🕺🕺👯♀️)
✔️ Watch an interesting movie/ interesting programs on TV
✔️ Cook and eat healthy food since there's free time for cooking (you can get recipes from me 😉 reduce junks cause we need to build up our immune system) Eat fruits and veggies too.
✔️ Take a short nap midday
✔️Play games to excite the brain
✔️ Learn new skills like writing, public speaking, fashion designing, cooking, programming e.t.c
✔️ Do something you love doing (I love reading novels )
✔️ Pray that this pandemic ends soon so we return to normalcy
✔️ Go to bed early 😁
Enjoy this unplanned break... Am enjoying mine😊😉
Chiamaksi!
