A computer system understands instructions only in 0’s and 1’s (binary), so for humans to communicate with the system and send instructions we communicate using different programming languages.

Who is a programmer?

A programmer is simply an individual that gives the computer specific programming instructions.

Every organisation needs a programmer, here are reasons explained below.

• Database management – a programmer can help in building and management of a good database for an organisation to suit their day to day activities.
• Good website – every organisation that want to grow need a good Web platform. A programmer  creates a platform where the organisation can advertise their product.
• Software – a programmer creates or write software and application for easy execution of activities and also create an end to end connection between clients and the organisation.
• Security – an organisation is vulnerable to different external and internal threat, a programmer can easily detect,prevent or fix a threat.
• Growth – a programmer finds ways to improve the organisation profit and reduction of cost.
• Planning – a programmer deduce plan that will bring about stability both now and later years.
• Upgrade – frequent update on the organisations system is needed regularly so as to meet their clients need and to keep the system functioning is a core job done by a programmer.
• Authentication – a programmer determines who can read, write and execute specific data on different levels.
• User satisfaction – an organisation with a good programmer tends to satisfy their users better, the organisation outputs will always meet a clients need.
