KEEPING CONTACT WITH AN "EX" COULD DESTROY YOUR PRESENT RELATIONSHIP
keeping contact with an "ex" has done more harms than good to many relationships and even marriages.
People have different views on this issue, to some there is nothing wrong with being friends with an "ex" while to others, it is totally unacceptable. So many stories have been heard of how two persons that broke up and still keep contact, find themselves together in one way or the other not dating but ultimately cheating on their present spouse.
Some married men and women have been caught cheating with their "ex" which could have been prevented if they had ended all forms of communication. There is this connection between people who have dated before, the feelings just rekindles and before they know it they are already cheating on their spouse which is why it is dangerous to keep contact with an "ex". When you keep communicating with your "ex" it makes your present spouse feel unsecured and uncomfortable. Some may think their spouse wants to control their life by telling them who and who not to communicate with.
Come to think of it if your spouse decides to keep contact with his "ex" will you be comfortable?, What if you fall into the temptation of cheating with your "ex", what would be your reason?, Like people would say " Na old fire wood dey quick catch fire". Do not allow a relationship which didn't work out destroy the present you are building.
