Alot has been said about the impact and sustenance of the NYSC scheme, very few have taken time to notice the giant leap by some exceptional youth/corp members.

Ogechukwu Igboke's led NYSC community development group is not only exceptional but determined and focused at bringing ICT directly to the door steps of residence at Rukuba/Bassa, Local government area of Plateau State.
